Q:You don't ship to my country, Why is this?

A:Some Locations we are unable to ship to due to customs and shipping times, However we may be able to ship to your location, Please go to our contact page and we will be able to help you with this:)

 

Q: My order has gone past delivery estimated time, Why is this?

A: We have 1-3 processing days for your order to be shipped before the estimated time. Our delivery times are excluding public holidays and weekends due to our delivery partners and our shipping times being working business days. Possible delays may occur due to public holidays and weekends or payments not processing or being on hold or ordering on weekends or public holidays or incorrect details/address. 

Q:How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Products may arrive earlier than these times as some of our manufactures have local locations that may be in your area. The average shipping is 4-12 business days for UK and 4-14 business days US and 5-15 for most EU countries. 

Shipping depending on your location which will be shown at checkout. Shipping usually takes 4-25 days business days based on your location and your locations import duties, However it is normally earlier than this. We have 1-3 processing days before shipment. 

*Please note our shipping times are excluding UK holidays and weekends as our delivery partners do not always work on these days*

 

Q:How long until my order/tracking number arrives?

A: Normally this is straight away however, Tracking will be sent to you when the products have been shipped and are in route to your location.

 

Q:Do i receive an order number?

A:Yes all of our customers do. If you are having issues with this, Please contact us.

 

Q:Will i have to pay customs? 

A:We normally do not have this issue however depending on your location, Some locations may charge customs and this is out of our control. 

 

Q:Can i trust this site?

Yes you can trust our site, We are a UK company and work with trusted partners and we aim to serve our customers with the right support they need. 

 

Q:I just placed an order can i change my address or cancel?

A:We trust our customers to put in the correct information and unfortunately we can not change an order once it has been completed or the payment has gone through. Our customers are responsible for putting in correct information before purchase. If you have an issue with this you can contact our team and we can locate your order in case it hasn’t been processed however normally orders get processed right away so we may not always be able to change this. 

 

Q:Will i get spam mail?

A:No we do not send spam mail and take our customers privacy very seriously. We will only send out your order information and promotions. We do not condone spamming our customers.

 

Q:How do i get a refund?

Q:Are you looking for influencers?

A:We are currently not looking for influencers, However you can contact our social media page via our contact page and we will consider your interest there if we are looking in the future we will consider you as a possible candidate.

 

Q:Where is your head office or main location?

A:We are a UK based company and we offer international shipping.
