Your item must be in the same packaging and condition that it arrived in, Unused and unworn with any tags that came with the product. You will also need your proof or purchase and receipt. Items sent back to us without any return request will not be taken from us as we will be unaware as to why. We aim to help you as much as we can with any concerns and if you are enquiring about a refund please contact us through our contact page and we will respond as quickly as possible. Disclaimer: Please contact us if the item is a sale item as some discounted discontinued products we are unable to return or send out to you for replacement if we no longer have the stock. We may charge return fees for labels and shipping for your returns.

14 day money back guarantee terms for (faulty products): If your product is damaged or faulty please contact us and we will assist you further, If you are asking for a refund and your product is fine please contact us and we will provide you with further information as we do not refund products due to customers fault such as wrong address, no longer like, missing or stolen, damaged by customer or currier (shipping provider) This is due to our manufactures terms as we do not directly hold products so shipping returns can be expensive depending on your location.

We care about our customers and always look for the best quality products, If your product is faulty or damaged we have a 14 day guarantee (unless caused by shipping provider then we will give you the information on how you can resolve this) , However we work with manufactures with their own terms and aim to get the refund or situation resolved for you, Certain products however may not be refunded if you can not provide evidence and if your return is not reasonable or you simply just do not like the product as we trust our customers to buy the correct product they think is best suited, We are not responsible for errors you make with addresses or customer information, We will need proof and information on why you would like a refund, Because we work with multiple manufactures sometimes products can arrive separately so please allow for this if you do not see an item in your package, We also are not responsible for stolen or damaged items after shipment and you will need to contact the currier provider so they can assist you further. Shipping & Lost packages 

All products purchased from our store Sescenti London are made with a shipment contract. Which means risks of loss or stolen and title items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Which means we cannot offer reimbursement for lost or stolen packages once they are shipped, and is your responsibility to seek information with the shipping provider to seek further information on this.
